McGraw not only knows music but he definitely knows all about fitness and health, so much so that he’s written a book on it.
The book is titled Grit & Grace: Train the Mind, Train the Body, Own Your Life, and is due out November 5 at selected stores and online (great Christmas gift right there!).
The book will share exercise tips, and a mental approach so readers can improve their own wellbeing.
Tim says that the book is for everyone no matter what his or her fitness level or goals are.
