The charges relate to alleged offences against children aged between 11 and 13 that he knew, that took place between November 2015 and December last year.
The 19-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday morning by detectives from Operation Papa Icelandic as a result of information police received last month.
A number of items were seized at that Reedy Creek address.
The man has been charged with two counts of rape, one count of attempted rape, three counts of indecent treatment of a child and one count of use internet to procure a child under 16.
