It's been revealed a Gold Coast man is one of two Australians in custody over in Bali.
They're both accused of assaulting locals in separate incidents, with the 36-year-old from Southport expected to be charged today.
It's after CCTV footage allegedly caught him trying to choke a convenience store worker in Kuta early on Monday morning.
His arrest comes after a 61-year-old man was locked up following a separate altercation with a family over car parking on the weekend.
Both men could face time behind bars if found guilty.
