More Netflix shows could be filmed on the Glitter Strip soon, after bosses from the streaming giant had a chat with the Queensland Premier.
Annastacia Palaszczuk is over in Hollywood meeting with film and tv industry representatives, in an effort to bring more productions to Australia.
She told Nine the talks with Netflix were very successful.
"I'm very excited that we have been able to secure a commitment for them to come out to Queensland, where of course they'll be visiting the Gold Coast and Brisbane," she said.
Two Netflix productions are already being filmed in the state, including a ten-episode series by Aussie comedian Chris Lilley currently being shot on the Gold Coast.
