UPDATE: All three men accused over the road-side bashing of Gold Coast man Brock Prime have had their cases mentioned in court.
Ryan Hallifax, Jordan Baklas and Jonathan Lawrence were all remanded in custody after mentions in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Hallifax and Baklas had their cases adjourned until Friday, while Lawrence won't have his matter heard until May 2.
It comes as their charges may be upgraded from grievous bodily harm, given the uncertainty around Mr Prime's health.
EARLIER: A third man has been charged over an alleged road-rage attack on the side of the M1 at Yatala, that has landed a 29-year-old man in an induced coma.
Brock Prime remains in a critical condition at the Gold Coast University Hospital, after he was allegedly beaten up by a group of men on Saturday night.
Two men, aged 26 and 27, both faced court yesterday charged with grievous bodily harm.
They were remanded in custody overnight, with their matters adjourned until today.
Meantime, the third man, a 28-year-old from Upper Coomera, was charged with the same offence late on Monday.
He was also expected to appear at the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
