20 years ago, Luke Bradnam scored his first gig in radio handing out icy cold cans of coke at the back of a B105 Black Thunder. Since then, he’s done just about every on air job there is, including hosting an afternoon drive show on the Gold Coast for 13 years.
Luke lives on the Gold Coast and loves rugby league, fishing and his surf club (the mighty Northcliffe). Monday to Friday he’s behind the mic on Triple M but on the weekends he’s in front of the camera doing the weather and beach and surf for Channel 9.
He is stoked to be back on our local Gold Coast airwaves, giving our city a local FM drive show that extends all the way to Brisbane!
Ben ‘Dobbo’ Dobbin started on Triple M in 2012 and since then has hosted Dead Set Legends, called Triple M NRL broadcasts & hosted the Triple M Summer & Winter Breakfast Shows.
He is the resident Triple M sporting expert with a contact list as long as your arm! When he’s not on-air at Triple M, Dobbo is part of the sporting team at Channel 9 and also owns a meat wholesale business. In a former life he was a cattle auctioneer & now enjoys playing golf with mates & supporting very slow racehorses!
Dobbo’s great loves are the beautiful Gold Coast, Brisbane and most of all his family.
Four-time Olympic Gold-medallist and Sports Australia Hall of Fame inductee, Libby Trickett, is one of the most-loved Australian sportspeople. Libby is thrilled to have this opportunity to try her hand at radio and be broadcasting to two of her favourite cities – Brissie & the Gold Coast.
On weekends, the Townsville-born, former Somerville House girl frequents the Powerhouse Markets and loves checking out the play areas in South Bank & New Farm with her young daughter. Libby's unique opinion and take on issues has already had a ripple effect on the show and we are very excited to have her driving us home.
It's an absolute pleasure to have Libby on both the Gold Coast & Brisbane's favourite drive show and we think that she'll make a real splash!
